Please try not to double text or text us on every platform, as your message will then become “newest”. We always reply our messages by chronological order, which means older message first.
What payment methods do you accept?
You will need to make full payment via Paynow to UEN, or bank transfer, to confirm your slot. More details will be given when confirming order.
No cash refunds after order is confirmed and paid. Full shop credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Any subsequent changes after, leading to price differences, will be converted to shop credits instead. Any changes for the order/delivery address has to be made at least 1 week before.
How advance/last minute can I order my cake?
You may order up to 6 months in advance, especially for bulk / corporate / event / wedding, this is to ensure that we have adequate time to prepare your order and source for the packaging.
We do take last minute orders, depending on our availability. Feel free to WhatsApp us for any urgent orders.
Do you provide a cake knife?
Every cake order comes with a complimentary plastic cake knife and one sized(no big no small) candles.
You may purchase our special candles if you require!
Do you provide delivery? Any complimentary delivery?
We provide island wide delivery for $20, additional $10 charge for ORCHARD / CBD / TUAS / SENTOSA / CHANGI area.
For cakes above $150, complimentary delivery will be provided. $10 top up required for ORCHARD / CBD / TUAS / SENTOSA / CHANGI area.
Note that we are not able to commit to a specific delivery timing. All our deliveries will be done within your preferred 3hr time frame from 10am to 6pm. Please opt for self collection if you need the cake within a specific timing.
(IMPORTANT) Our cakes are temperature sensitive. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that someone will be at the requested delivery address during the delivery time frame to receive the cake, and we will not be liable for cakes that is left outside the door as per request. Should there be no one to receive and the sender/recipient is uncontactable, the cake will be sent back to our bakery. Redelivery will be chargeable at $40/location, and depending on our driver’s availability.
Can I do self collection?
You can self collect over at our studio, from 10am to 5pm,by appointment only.

How to enter? Enter our unit number: 0137 to unlock the gate Walk towards the right, you will see a swimming pool Just beside it, there’s a lift, take the lift to Level M Turn right once you come out from the lift, go straight, you will see our studio. Feel free to call us if you are not able to find location.
We only do collections at our studio, strictly no meet ups at MRT/outside of our studio premises.
Some of our flavours on the menu is made with halal ingredients only. However, our bakery is not halal certified, and we handle alcohol within our bakery premises.
Only some of our bakes contain nuts, however we handle nuts within our bakery premises, and some of our curated ingredients are manufactured in production line that handle nuts product. Hence, we do not recommend serving our cakes/bakes to people with severe allergy reaction.
Our cakes are frosted with Swiss meringue buttercream, although it can last in aircon conditions for 1-1.5hours, we advise you to fridge the cake as soon as you can. And only take it out 30-40mins before serving.
DO NOT LEAVE THE CAKE IN OUTDOOR CONDITIONS.(The cake will not survive in Singapore’s weather and humidity.)
